With the rapid increase of Apple devices, the need for multi-device charging options keeps growing. Therefore, the new RockWall Combo iPad 3 Charger by iLuv is not a surprise. This is an originally-designed iPad 3 charger made to equip a pair of Dock Connecting Apple units. Different from many latest version, smaller ones, too, less pricey car options, that duo cannot be two iPad 3 tablets, or not if you need full speed recharging.

One is certain, the RockWall Combo iPad 3 charger is not stylish. Many attributes are there like awkward or clumsy, but that is not the most important thing. Folded, the grey and white plastic charging block is measuring around 2.5 x 2.25 x 1.25 inches. The blades of the iPad 3 charger can be flipped down for storage or travel, and flipped up when it is time to recharge. Depending on the mode of your outlets and whatever else you have hooked up, the iPad 3 charger may not fit. To find a solution to this problem, the manufacturer made it so that the plug turns up 90° when the round aluminium keys on either end are recessed.

Beside the side of the iPad 3 charger are the two USB ports. One port is tagged iPad 3 and puts out a 2.1A charge, and the other port with iPod / iPhone that puts out half as much power. This might be nice for the soft user, but the iPad 3 charger is not as handy for families with many iPad 3 devices and seems behind the curve based on the technology that currently exists. Similar to nearly all dual iPod / iPhone / iPad 3 chargers, the RockWall Combo is only shipped with one Dock Connector cable. This means that the user must use the other one. A neon green clip is integrated on one side for cable control, and a light on the fore glows to let you know that the iPad 3 charger is running properly.

The RockWall Combo iPad 3 charger is a rather restricted solution and perhaps even pricey one. The finest feature of the manufacturer's wall iPad 3 charger is its international compatibility, even though it is hidden by the fact that the manufacturer does not incorporate any adapters in the package. If these were included, it could be a well worthy package, though. What's more, one might wander how come such a large iPad 3 charger cannot deliver full power to more than one tablet simultaneously, mainly considering the price-tag.

In general, this iPad 3 charger is a handy device, even though it would be much better if it had adapters included in the package. The price is a bit higher that one might expect, however, no price is a problem when you are dying to get an iPad 3 charger when you most need it. With the international plugs, it can come in handy if you travel a lot.
